Zivogift ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect, why, and who we share it with — in plain language.

What we collect

Account details you give us: name, email, phone number.
Delivery details: addresses you save, plus the recipient's name and date of birth where it's needed to source a matching currency note.
Order details: items, personalised messages, and order history.
Payment information is collected and processed directly by our payment partner, Cashfree — we never see or store your card, UPI, or net banking credentials.

How we use it

To process and deliver your order, and to keep you updated on its status by email (and WhatsApp, where enabled).
To save your addresses and order history for future visits, if you create an account.
To respond to questions you send us through the contact or campus-rep forms.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum needed with the services that run Zivogift: Supabase (database and account login), Cashfree (payments), SendGrid (order emails), and, once enabled, a WhatsApp messaging provider for delivery updates. We don't sell your data, and we don't share recipient birth dates with anyone outside fulfilling your order.

Your choices

You can update your saved details any time from your account page, or write to us at hello@zivogift.com to request that we delete your account and associated data, subject to what we're required to keep for accounting or legal purposes.

Cookies

We use minimal local storage in your browser to remember your cart between pages — no third-party ad tracking.
